Shipping Policy Last updated: May 2025 Vetra ships exclusively within South Africa. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sandton, Gauteng. Processing & Dispatch Times In-stock items (Silver, Matte Black): Dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-order items (Gold finish): Dispatched within 10–14 business days as these are made to order. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or South African public holidays. Shipping Rates Standard Delivery — Free on orders of R8,000 and above Standard Delivery — R150 on orders below R8,000 Express Delivery — R250 (1–2 business days after dispatch) Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times to outlying areas (outside major metros) may be longer. Packaging All products are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Stainless steel hardware is wrapped and boxed to protect the finish. Please inspect your delivery at the time of receipt and note any visible damage on the courier waybill before signing. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via the courier's website. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make contact to rearrange.
